STP 500: Joey Logano Starts from the Pole Position Today at Martinsville Speedway in His Team Penske No. 22 Ford

     Martinsville, Virginia:  Joey Logano will start from the pole position for today’s STP 500 at Martinsville Speedway.  Logano, in his Team Penske No. 22 Ford, qualified at 98.461 mph followed by Newman at 98.328 mph and Truex Jr. at 98.048 mph. 

     Logano currently sits in second 28 points behind Kevin Harvick in the standings and 5 points ahead of third place Truex Jr.  Harvick qualified 17^th for today’s race.
