Childhood Obesity - Think About It.  A Public Service Announcement from Carey and Joshua Spencer.  Ms. Obama's Let's Move program has brought much needed attention to a serious problem impacting many families.  We know that the solutions for childhood obesity may be difficult to implement.  A simple theme for parents, however, is "Think About It Mom and Dad.  Obesity keeps me from flying as high and as far as my friends.  Please help me eat the right foods and exercise more often.  Love, Your Child"
